Priced at £50 per person, the menu features a lamb ragu tartlet, slow-cooked beef cannelloni, citrus cured & smoked salmon, and a pan-fried breast of chicken with a mushroom & truffle stuffed thigh served with a complimentary glass of Chardonnay. To finish, enjoy a delightful iced nougat with raspberry gel and crystallised almonds.
