Priced at £50 per person, the menu features a roast butternut squash & sage soup, pigeon pithivier, seared & smoked monkfish, and pan-fried breast & slow-cooked leg of guinea fowl served with a complimentary glass of Shiraz. To finish, enjoy a delicious mixed berry Bakewell tart served with white peach sorbet.
